How to generate a wellness plan for any age

This guide shows how to generate a wellness plan that matches the person’s age, grade level, and time available. Use it for TK, elementary, middle school, high school, and continuing education.

Choose a wellness goal such as

  • Reduce stress
  • Sleep and rest
  • Mindfulness and calm
  • Focus and mental clarity
  • Family bonding
  • Outdoor and nature habits
  • Hydration and nutrition habits

Generate → review → save to Profile

  1. Open the Planning page.
  2. Select the person/profile.
  3. Choose the "Wellness" goal option.
  4. Select the wellness goal from the Wellness goal dropdown menu.
  5. Generate a plan.
  6. Review the tasks and remove or edit anything that does not fit.
  7. Save the plan to the person’s profile. Alternatively, you can choose to tap "Regenerate" or "Discard".

Find the saved plan under that person on the Profile page. View the schedule and edit the days, times, duration, start date, and end date as needed.

Set the time budget

Pick a daily range you can realistically keep. Examples:

  • TK–2: 5–15 minutes/day
  • 3–5: 10–20 minutes/day
  • 6–8: 10–30 minutes/day
  • 9–12: 15–30 minutes/day
  • Continuing Education: 15–45 minutes/day

Best practices

  • Start small so the routine feels easy to keep.
  • Consistency matters more than doing too much at once.
  • Choose tasks that fit the person’s age, attention span, and daily routine.
  • Adjust the plan every 2–4 weeks based on what is working.
  • Generate more plans at any time until you reach the active plans limit.
  • Pro tip: If you want to focus on something specific, such as calming routines, healthy eating habits, building a morning routine, grooming, or a personalized self-care routine, use a custom goal. There you can enter more detailed requirements for the plan, tasks, and schedule.
