How to sign in to AI Parent
Use the same sign-in method you used when creating your AI Parent account. Your profiles, plans, credits, and subscription are connected to that account.
Sign in
- Open AI Parent.
- Tap Sign In.
- Choose your existing sign-in method.
- Complete the sign-in steps shown on your device.
Email and password
Enter the email address and password connected to your AI Parent account, then tap Sign In.
Tap Continue with Google and select the same Google account you previously used with AI Parent.
Apple
Tap Continue with Apple and use the same Apple Account previously connected to AI Parent. If you used Hide My Email, continue signing in with Apple instead of entering a different email address manually.
Important: Choosing a different sign-in method may open a different AI Parent account, even when the email addresses appear similar.
If you cannot sign in
- Check your internet connection.
- Confirm that you selected the original sign-in method.
- For email accounts, check the email address and password.
- Use the password reset option if you forgot your password.
- Restart the app and try again.
