View the Calendar in AI Parent

Calendar View organizes scheduled tasks so you can quickly see what is planned and when it is due.

Open and use Calendar View

1. Open the Calendar. From the Home page, tap Calendar.
2. Choose Day or Week. Use Day view to focus on one date or Week view to see more of the schedule. Tap Today to return to the current date.
3. Review scheduled tasks. The calendar lists tasks from your plans for the selected date. Each item shows the task name, scheduled time, and the person assigned to the task.
4. Complete a task. After finishing an activity, mark it complete directly from Calendar View.
