If something isn’t working as expected, this guide walks through the most common issues and how to resolve them quickly.
Plan generation is taking a long time
Plan generation may take up to 2 minutes depending on system load and the complexity of your request.
- Keep the app open while the plan is generating.
- Make sure your internet connection is stable.
- Avoid switching apps or putting your phone to sleep during generation.
If generation exceeds 2 minutes, you can safely return to the Planning page and try again.
How to properly re-generate a plan
If you'd like different results or want to start over:
- Go to the Planning page using the app’s main bottom dock navigation.
- Start a new generation request from there.
We recommend starting fresh from the Planning page rather than pressing “Cancel” during the plan creation flow and immediately generating again. Starting from the Planning page ensures the process resets cleanly.
I can’t generate a new plan
- Confirm you have at least 1 credit remaining.
- Check your internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app if needed.
Remember: Each generated plan uses 1 credit. A single request may generate up to 3 plans.
Sign-in issues
- Confirm your internet connection.
- Double-check your email and password.
- Try signing out and back in.
- Update to the latest version of the app.
App performance issues
- Update to the latest version.
- Restart the app.
- Restart your device if necessary.
