How to view analytics in AI Parent

AI Parent analytics help you review progress for one person at a time. Open a person’s profile to see the plans, tasks, points, streaks, and supported learning activity associated with that individual.

Profile-based analytics:

At this point, analytics are viewed from an individual profile. If your account contains several people, select the correct profile before reviewing the data. Changing profiles changes the activity shown.

How to open a person’s analytics

  1. Sign in to the AI Parent app.
  2. Open the Profile page from the app navigation.
  3. Select the person whose activity you want to review.
  4. Open the Analytics section for that profile.
  5. Review the available progress cards, totals, and activity history.

What profile analytics can show

The information shown depends on the person’s saved plans and completed activity. A profile may include:

  • Task progress: scheduled and completed task activity associated with the selected person.
  • Points: points earned when that person completes eligible tasks.
  • Streaks: consecutive activity recorded for the profile, when available.
  • Level: the profile’s current progress level, when shown.
  • Plan activity: progress connected to education, sports, wellness, workout, or custom plans.
  • Learning activity: supported Math Game results saved for that profile.

Available analytics may expand as AI Parent adds more progress views. The app only displays categories for which relevant activity has been recorded.

Understanding profile data and account data

A profile represents one person—such as a child, teen, adult, or the account holder. Plans, scheduled tasks, completed tasks, and related progress are associated with the selected profile so each person’s history can be reviewed separately.

Account information—such as subscription status, remaining AI credits, sign-in details, and account settings—is not part of an individual person’s progress analytics.

Tip: Before comparing progress, confirm the name at the top of the profile. This helps prevent one person’s activity from being mistaken for another person’s results.

Why a profile may have little or no data

A new or lightly used profile may not have enough recorded activity to display meaningful analytics yet.

  • Confirm that plans and tasks were saved to the correct profile.
  • Complete scheduled tasks from the Home or Calendar page.
  • Use supported games or learning activities with the correct profile selected.
  • Return to the profile and refresh or reopen the Analytics section.

Use analytics to improve a plan

Analytics are most useful when they lead to a practical adjustment. Look for routines that are completed consistently, tasks that are often missed, and goals that may need a different schedule or smaller steps.

  • Keep tasks that are working well.
  • Move frequently missed tasks to a more realistic day or time.
  • Reduce the duration or frequency of a plan that feels too demanding.
  • Recognize points, streaks, and steady improvement—not only perfect completion.

Frequently asked questions

Are analytics shared across every profile?

No. Profile analytics are associated with the selected person. Choose another profile to review that person’s data.

Can I compare two people on one analytics screen?

At this point, review one profile at a time. Open the first profile, review its analytics, and then select the second profile to view that person’s information.

Why do the totals not match another profile?

Each profile can have different plans, schedules, task completions, and activity history. Different totals are expected when people use AI Parent differently.

Does editing a profile erase analytics?

Editing basic profile details does not directly remove plans, tasks, completed task history, points, or streaks. Deleting a profile is different: it permanently removes that person and the associated data.

Privacy reminder: Profile analytics can contain personal routine and learning information. Review it only with people who are authorized to access the account and the selected person’s data.
