How to change your password
If you created your AI Parent account with an email address and password, you can update your password from the Account frame. This password change option is only available for email and password login users.
If you use a third-party login service, such as Apple or Google, you cannot change your password inside AI Parent. Password changes for third-party login accounts must be handled through that login provider.
Step 1: Open the Account frame
Open the AI Parent app and go to the Account frame.
Step 2: Tap Change next to your password
Find the password row shown as Password: *****. Tap Change next to it.
Step 3: Enter a new password
Type in the new password you want to use for your AI Parent account.
Step 4: Save the new password
Follow the confirmation step shown in the app to save your new password. After it is saved, use the new password the next time you sign in with email and password.
Who can use this feature?
This feature is for users who signed up or signed in using email and password. It is not available for accounts that use a third-party login service.
