If you forgot your AI Parent password, use the Sign In page to reset it and recover access to your family profiles, personalized plans, routines, schedules, and tasks.
Reset your password
- Open AI Parent and go to Sign In.
- Select Forgot Password?
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Check your email for a password-reset message.
- Follow the link to create a new password, then return to AI Parent and sign in.
If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address.
Signed up with Apple or Google? Continue signing in with the same provider instead of resetting a password.
