AI Parent (“AI Parent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have when using the AI Parent app, this website, AI Parent’s official online content, and related services. By accessing or using the AI Parent app, this website, or related services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Who AI Parent is for
AI Parent is designed for adults, including parents, guardians, caregivers, and individuals who want help creating and managing plans, routines, schedules, and tasks. AI Parent is not intended for children to use independently.
The app may allow an adult user to create profiles for themselves, a child, dependent, family member, or another person for whom the user has authority or permission to manage planning information. You are responsible for making sure you have the appropriate authority or permission before entering information about another person.
What we collect
- Account information: such as email address, authentication details, login method, user identifier, account status, and account settings used to create, access, secure, and manage your account.
- Profile information you provide: such as name or nickname, age, life stage, grade level where applicable, school stage, goals, interests, selected subjects, selected activities, preferences, and optional notes for yourself, a child, dependent, family member, or another person you are authorized to manage.
- Child-related profile information: such as a child’s name or nickname, age or grade level, goals, interests, schedules, plans, tasks, and completion history, when a parent, guardian, or authorized adult chooses to create and manage a child profile.
- Plan and task data: plans you generate, save, edit, end, archive, delete, or otherwise manage, including plan names, plan summaries, plan categories, goals, task lists, schedules, recurrence settings, start dates, end dates, task duration, checkoffs, progress counts, streaks, charts, summaries, and progress or completion history.
- AI request, AI chat, and AI output data: prompts, questions, chat messages, selected goals, selected profile context, generated plans, generated task ideas, schedules, summaries, explanations, recommendations, chat responses, and other AI-assisted output created through the app or related services.
- Usage data: app interactions, feature usage, pages or screens viewed, device type, operating system, app version, browser type, approximate region, diagnostics, performance data, error logs, and crash logs that help us keep the service reliable, secure, and functioning properly.
- Payment, purchase, and subscription status: if you purchase Premium or another paid feature, the applicable app marketplace or payment platform processes the purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive limited purchase-related information such as product identifier, subscription status, transaction identifier, receipt metadata, renewal status, purchase platform, and entitlement status.
- Plan credits and product-limit information: information related to plan generation credits, free-tier limits, premium-tier limits, plan counts, active plan counts, profile counts, monthly usage, renewal dates, and related entitlement or usage information.
- Notification and reminder-related information: where available and enabled, reminder times, notification preferences, device notification permissions, device time settings, and related technical information used to help provide scheduling, reminder, or notification features. Reminders and notifications may not be available for all users, devices, plans, task types, or app versions.
- Support and communications: information you provide when contacting us for support, such as your email address, support request, screenshots or files you choose to provide, device information, app information, purchase or subscription status where relevant, and other information needed to respond to your request.
- Website information, cookies, and similar technologies: basic website usage information, technical information, browser information, device information, pages visited, referring pages, and cookie or similar technology data. Our website may use essential cookies needed for basic functionality and may use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand website usage, improve performance, and maintain our services.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account and allow you to sign in.
- To create and manage profiles for yourself, a child, dependent, family member, or another person you are authorized to manage.
- To generate plans, tasks, schedules, summaries, recommendations, and AI-assisted responses based on the information you provide.
- To save your plans, schedules, tasks, completion history, streaks, charts, and progress so you can return to them later.
- To provide AI chat and AI-assisted planning features.
- To enforce product limits, plan credits, subscription entitlements, and account limits, and to prevent abuse.
- To process subscription entitlement status, restore purchases, and provide access to Premium or other paid features.
- To provide customer support and troubleshoot issues.
- To improve the app’s quality, reliability, performance, safety, and user experience.
- To monitor security, prevent fraud, detect abuse, and protect the service and users.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Plan generation, AI chat, and AI-assisted features
When you generate a plan or use AI-assisted features, AI Parent processes the information needed to respond to your request. This may include profile information, life stage, grade level where applicable, selected goal, selected subject or activity, preferences, schedule information, prompts, chat messages, optional notes, and other context you choose to provide.
AI Parent uses automated systems and service providers to help create plans, tasks, schedules, summaries, recommendations, explanations, and chat responses. Information may be processed as needed to provide these features, operate the service, maintain reliability and security, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law and service requirements.
The output may be returned as a structured plan, task list, schedule, summary, recommendation, explanation, or chat response, and may be stored in your account so you can view, save, edit, track, or use it later.
We aim to process only the information reasonably needed to provide the requested feature. You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into prompts, notes, profile fields, chat messages, or support requests.
AI output is provided as a suggestion and support tool. It may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unsuitable, or inappropriate for a particular person or situation. You should use your own judgment before relying on AI output and consult qualified professionals when appropriate, including for medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, safety, fitness, educational, or professional advice.
Cloud services, AI processing, and other service providers
AI Parent uses cloud services and other service providers to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the app and website. These services may support authentication, cloud hosting, database storage, cloud functions, file storage, app integrity checks, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, performance monitoring, app distribution, subscriptions, AI processing, support, security, messaging, notifications, and related services.
Cloud services and related infrastructure providers may process account identifiers, app instance identifiers, device information, crash logs, diagnostics, usage information, IP addresses, and other technical data as needed to provide their services and help keep AI Parent reliable, secure, and functional.
AI-processing services may process prompts, selected profile context, goals, schedules, preferences, chat messages, and other information you choose to provide in order to generate plans, tasks, schedules, summaries, recommendations, explanations, and chat responses.
App marketplace and payment platform services may process app distribution, in-app purchases, subscriptions, restore purchase features, entitlement management, crash diagnostics, and platform compliance. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the applicable app marketplace or payment platform.
AI Parent does not currently use third-party advertising inside the mobile app. AI Parent does not sell personal information and does not share personal information with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes. If we add third-party advertising, advertising SDKs, or behavioral advertising features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable app store privacy disclosures as required.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in limited situations:
- Service providers: with vendors who help us operate the app and website, including cloud hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, diagnostics, AI processing, subscriptions, app integrity, notifications, messaging, support, and security providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are subject to contractual, technical, or policy-based protections.
- App marketplaces and payment platforms: with the applicable app marketplace or payment platform when needed to process purchases, confirm subscription status, restore purchases, provide Premium access, enforce limits, prevent abuse, and provide support.
- Profile sharing features: if AI Parent provides profile sharing or invitation features, and you choose to use them, we may process the invitee’s email address, profile name, profile identifier, owner account identifier, invite status, role, acceptance status, and related sharing information. A person you invite may be able to view shared profile information, plans, tasks, schedules, completion history, and related information depending on the sharing role and app functionality.
- Legal and safety: if required by law, subpoena, court order, legal process, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, the public, or the integrity of our services.
- Business changes: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a policy with materially similar protections.
Children’s privacy
AI Parent is designed for use by parents, guardians, caregivers, and individuals, not by children acting on their own. Parents or legal guardians may create and manage child profiles and are responsible for the information submitted about their children.
AI Parent complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) to the extent COPPA applies to our services. AI Parent is not intended for children under 13 to use independently. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without any consent required by applicable law. If we learn that we have collected personal information directly from a child under 13 in a manner that does not comply with COPPA or other applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, delete, or remediate that information.
Parents and guardians should supervise any child’s use of the app and only provide information they are comfortable storing in AI Parent. Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information about a child or any other person, including medical diagnoses, mental health diagnoses, government identifiers, precise location, financial information, or other highly sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the planning purpose.
If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us directly without appropriate permission, please contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
Sensitive information
AI Parent is a planning and routine-support tool. The service does not require users to provide sensitive information such as medical diagnoses, mental health diagnoses, disability status, government identifiers, precise location, financial account numbers, biometric information, or similar sensitive information.
Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information into profile fields, notes, prompts, chat messages, support requests, or other areas of the service. If you choose to provide sensitive information, we may process that information to provide the feature you requested, subject to this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for determining whether it is appropriate to provide such information.
Professional advice, safety, and AI output
AI Parent provides planning tools, routines, schedules, reminders where available, completion tracking, and AI-assisted suggestions for informational and organizational purposes. AI Parent does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, emergency, safety, fitness, educational certification, professional coaching, or other professional advice.
AI Parent does not guarantee educational improvement, athletic improvement, wellness outcomes, productivity improvement, behavioral improvement, health outcomes, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or any specific result. AI Parent does not replace parents, guardians, teachers, coaches, doctors, therapists, emergency authorities, lawyers, financial advisors, or other qualified professionals. Users should use their own judgment and consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
Subscriptions, purchases, and restore purchases
AI Parent may offer free and paid features, including Premium subscriptions. Subscription purchases are processed by the applicable app marketplace or payment platform, depending on where you purchased. AI Parent does not collect or store your full credit card number or full payment details for purchases made through the app.
We may receive limited purchase, receipt, transaction, subscription, renewal, and entitlement information from the applicable app marketplace or payment platform to provide paid features, restore purchases, enforce product limits, prevent abuse, and provide customer support. Subscription pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are described in the app, the applicable app marketplace, and our Terms of Service.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Subscription cancellation must be handled through the applicable app marketplace or payment platform, depending on where you purchased.
App store privacy labels and platform disclosures
We aim to keep our app store privacy labels, data safety disclosures, and other platform disclosures consistent with our actual data practices. These platform disclosures may describe categories of data collected by the app, whether data is linked to you, and the purposes for which data is used, such as app functionality, analytics, product personalization, diagnostics, account management, subscription management, safety, security, and fraud prevention.
Because app store disclosure categories may differ from the wording used in this Privacy Policy, the platform disclosures may use standardized labels or categories required by the applicable platform. If our data practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable platform disclosures as required.
Cookies and Analytics Technologies
We generally do not use cookies or similar technologies to track users for third-party advertising or behavioral advertising. Our website may use essential cookies needed for basic functionality, and we may use analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand usage, improve performance, and maintain our services.

Our mobile app may also use limited analytics technologies, such as SDKs, device identifiers, app instance identifiers, or installation identifiers, to help us understand app performance, feature usage, reliability, and security. Data retention
We keep your information as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business purposes, such as maintaining records, syncing data, providing support, restoring purchases, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud and abuse, complying with legal obligations, maintaining security, and improving reliability.
If you delete your account or request deletion, we will take steps to delete or de-identify your account data, profile data, plan history, task history, completion history, AI chat history where applicable, and related information, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, accounting, dispute-resolution, and operational requirements. Some information may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before deletion occurs through normal retention processes.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically delete your account data and does not cancel subscriptions purchased through the applicable app marketplace or payment platform.
Your choices
- Access and updates: You may review and update certain account, profile, plan, schedule, and task information within the app when logged in.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data through the app or by contacting support. We may need to verify your request before completing deletion.
- Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the applicable app marketplace or payment platform, depending on where you purchased. The app may provide a restore purchase feature to refresh entitlement status.
- Notifications: You can manage notification permissions through your device settings. If the app provides reminder or notification settings, you may also be able to manage certain reminder preferences inside the app.
- Cookies: You can manage website cookie preferences through our cookie settings or your browser settings.
- AI prompts and profile information: You control what information you choose to enter into profiles, notes, prompts, and chat messages. You should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information.
- Marketing communications: If we send marketing emails in the future, you may unsubscribe using the instructions in those emails. We may still send non-marketing messages related to your account, security, subscriptions, support, or important service notices.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, authentication tools, secure transmission methods, database rules, app integrity checks, monitoring, and other security measures.

International users
AI Parent is operated from the United States. If you access or use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your location.
Website, marketing, and content
AI Parent may publish app content, website content, screenshots, icons, images, translations, videos, generated marketing assets, and other materials. We aim to use content that we own, license, generate, or otherwise have permission to use. If you believe content used by AI Parent infringes your rights, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Marketing and informational content for AI Parent should not be understood as a guarantee of educational improvement, athletic improvement, wellness results, productivity results, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or any specific outcome. AI Parent is a planning and support tool, and users should use their own judgment.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page, make the updated policy available within the app where appropriate, and revise the Effective date above. Review this Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
