Recommended: Delete your account in the AI Parent app

The safest and recommended way to delete your AI Parent account is from within the authenticated app experience. Logging in helps verify the account owner, increases security, and helps prevent accidental deletion.

1. Log in to your AI Parent account in the app.
2. Open the Account page.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Follow the confirmation steps to permanently delete the account.

If you cannot access the app

If you no longer have access to the AI Parent app, you may still request deletion of your account by contacting support.

What happens next

We may need to verify that the request came from the account owner before processing deletion. Once verified, we will process your request.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Data deleted with your account

When your deletion request is completed, we will delete your AI Parent account and associated account data, which may include:

• Account profile information
• Parent profile information
• Child profile information
• Saved plans
• Tasks and progress records
• Related account-linked app data associated with your account

Data that may be retained
